It seems that FireFox is finally launching it's mobile browser on Microsoft's Windows Mobile platform. With this launch, all three major browsers will be available on the platform. What will this mean for mobile games?
For developers, it will not mean much. Platform Owners however will be facing a new useragent which they will need to support in order to provide Windows Mobile gamers with the latest software. A situation which we also know from the Opera platform.
The launch starts on the HTC Touch Pro and will soon roll-out over other Windows Mobile devices. As soon as the Windows Mobile roll-out is completed, Mozilla is expected to launch on the Symbian S60 platform.
Congratulations
