Microsoft has now officially launched Silverlight 1.0 for mobile. The platform with which the company wants to gain market share from competitor Adobe with their Flash Lite.
Silverlight will de available to (mobile game) developers along Q2 of 2008, around the time that Nokia will put it’s first Silverlight supporting mobile phones in the market. Microsoft also took the liberty to announce that Silverlight will become available to Windows Mobile devices.
