A Swedish newspaper reported today that Research in Motion bought The Astonishing Tribe for 800.000.000 Swedish crowns or 87.7 million Euro.
RIM made the move to acquire TAT last Thursday. TAT is well known for it’s user interface design and will now focus all efforts on the BlackBerry OS for both phones and RIM’s new tablet device.
