Acme Mobile (Singapore), an aggregator from the old days, has been acquired by Binbit (Mexico). With the acquisition, Binbit is now working in 26 countries world-wide.
Though Binbit will be integrating the new network as soon as possible, Acme's CEP Paul Meyers will be managing the new Asian unit. Financial details have not been disclosed.
