Google Kills Installed Malware on Android

Last week, Google removed a big number of dodgy apps from Android Market. As these malware apps looked a lot like more famous apps, they managed to attract a whole lot of downloads.

To make sure consumers are safe from harm, Google remotely removed the malware from Android devices. It is the first time Google takes these steps and we are not sure any other platform owner has used this functionality in the past though it is possible with most of them.
