Following Google’s swoop for Motorola and Microsoft’s lovemaking with Nokia, it seems Samsung is looking for an alternative OS to push next to Windows Phone, Android and Bada. The OS of choice? BlackBerry OS 10…

To acquire a license to the operating system from RIM, Samsung is rumoured to invest 1.5 billion in Research in Motion. Money RIM could really use. Acquiring a license to BB10 means Samsung buys into an operating system that is still loved in big companies and already holds an app ecosystem.
