Through a new solution from RovingBird, it is possible to convert Adobe InDesign documents into iPhone/iPad apps. The solution is called RovingBird ePublisher and pricing starts at €1.000,-.
The solution is installed as a plugin for InDesign and converts anything you throw at it. Of course, it is unlikely that it will allow any advanced apps to be created, but this is probably a great solution for companies that need to create digital magazines. With the basic version (€1.000,-) it is possible to preview apps. Once approved, app creation will set you back another €500,-. The advanced version costs €5.000,- and won’t charge for app creation.
Congratulations
