Bandai and Playphone Launch Tamaphone in the US

Bandai and Playphone announced to Mobile Entertainment Magazine about
the launch of their Tamagotchi styled mobile phone and content portal.
The phone is a re-skinned Motorola V190 and is offered as a Cingular
pre-paid package.

Motion Sensing for Mobile Games

Several companies have released a message to the industry about the possibility for inserting motion sensing into mobile phones. Nokia’s Newest Patent, The Mobile Joystick

Nokia has patented a new joystick design for mobile. To make mobile games better to play, consumers should pull out their stylus from their phones and insert it right into the d-pad. Personally I don’t see it happening, but who knows 🙂
