Last week, a new game developer launched under the name of Good Game Productions. The company is aimed at developing iPhone and social network (i.e. Facebook) games.
The company will aim at developing free to play mobile games that will probably be ad funded. The company expects to port existing PC MMO’s to these platforms. The company expects to attract 200.000 gamers to its games.
The company is headed by Grantley Day who will function as CEO and will oversee both development and marketing strategies. He has experience from companies like K2, Atari and Namco.
"Our business model allows online game companies to attract new users to their product by bringing their game to a whole new audience," said Grantley Day, Founder and CEO of Good Game Productions. "The new mobile devices and social networking platforms that are gobbling up users and growing at breakneck speeds are the perfect audience to target and revolutionize the Free-To-Play MMO space. Facebook is changing the way we look at our friends and the people we play games with and I believe the iPhone is the platform of the future".
Congratulations
