Analysts from IDC calculated that 371.8 million phones have been sold in the first quarter of 2011. That’s a plus of 20% year-on-year. Nokia, Samsung, Apple, LG and ZTE dominate the charts.
The big five sold 63.7% of all phones. That’s down 6.6% year-on-year. Only Apple (2.2%) and ZTE (0.8%) managed to grow their market share.
