Microsoft has launched the beta version of Touch Studio, a new development sapp for their Windows Phone 7 devices. O yeah, it is an app that you need to run on your WP 7 device.
The development app is touch based and allows users to (pretty much) drag and drop apps together on their phones. For the final touch, Microsoft still advices to do some work on a PC though.
