Unity has just announced that 500.000 developers have sigend up for their SDK. At the same time, their Unity Browser plugin reached 60.000.000 installs.
The number of Unity developers have doubled over the past six months. 150.000 of those users are active developers that spend over a million development hours in the Unity system.
“The combination of Unity’s powerful yet approachable technology has resulted in it being the #1 game engine used for both traditional and casual games,” said David Helgason, CEO of Unity Technologies. “It’s exciting to see how our users build on top of Unity to create mind blowing innovation of their own.”
Congratulations
