Ovi Opens to Dutch Consumers

Until today, Dutch consumers could only visit the English Ovi store and where limited to charging their credit cards whenever they wanted to make a purchase. Now, the store is localized and premium SMS billing is enabled.

Dutch Consumer Authorities Complaint about Apple

Last weekend, Apple got slashed on Dutch TV for ignoring warrantee obligations as defined according to Dutch law. Consumer Authorities are now joining forces to try and convince Apple to operate in-line with the law.

Nintendo Evaluates Action toward Nokia’s N900
